Gabe is a seasoned construction professional with over 20 years of experience in the commercial construction industry. Throughout his career, he has held roles ranging from superintendent to vice president, gaining invaluable insight into project management, team leadership, and stakeholder collaboration. Having worked on diverse projects across Georgia, Missouri, Iowa, Michigan, and North Carolina, Gabe has developed a deep understanding of how teams communicate and operate effectively. His expertise lies in fostering strong relationships, optimizing project execution, and ensuring successful outcomes for all stakeholders involved.
AR / AP Manager
Maria joined the team with years of paralegal and AR/AP experience. She has previously worked for a couple other GC's in various AR/AP and paralegal capacities assisting in the day to day behind the scenes action. She enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and her pup, Mogly.
Assistant Project Manager
With a diverse background spanning construction management and team leadership, Josh brings a unique perspective to his role as Assistant Project Manager. With two years of experience in the construction industry, he plays a key role in coordinating projects, ensuring efficiency, and supporting successful project completion.
Before transitioning into construction, Josh honed his leadership skills at a Fortune 500 company, where he managed teams of 2–6 people and facilitated onboarding for new hires. His ability to mentor and guide others stems from his early career as a school counselor, where he helped students and parents navigate challenging situations both in school and personal life.
Josh’s combination of organizational expertise, leadership, and people-first approach makes him a valuable asset to the team. His commitment to collaboration and problem-solving ensures that projects run smoothly from start to finish.

Maynor is a seasoned construction professional with over 15 years of experience across multiple roles within the industry. Starting out in the trades, he has steadily advanced through the ranks to become a premier site leader. Known for his exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills, Maynor excels at managing relationships with trade partners and stakeholders, ensuring that projects stay on track and are delivered on time. A lifelong learner, he is dedicated to continually expanding his knowledge of the industry and applying new insights to enhance his leadership and project management capabilities.
